Project Management
SkyNet™ deployments require a variety of skilled experts who must operate in a carefully coordinated manner. Our PMI-certified project managers facilitate and direct the architectural, structural, electrical, permitting, networking, creative and advertising components to ensure a smooth implementation through go-live

SkyNet™ displays are very unique compared to traditional fixed frame LED displays. While similarities in operation exist, installations are greatly simplified and quite similar to that of vinyl banners. SkyNet™ displays install one vertical panel at a time using a crane. These panels then secure to the building or structure at the top and bottom crossbars using simple fasteners.

Our network of factory trained sign installers are certified for installation of the product. SkyNet™ displays only take a fraction of the time required to install a fixed frame LED display. However, there is a similar amount of planning, coordination and expertise required to properly manage such a project.
Permitting
Permitting for any outdoor display can prove challenging, and requirements vary widely from one municipality to another. Generally, digital displays are scrutinized even more thoroughly because they produce bright, changing and moving images. ADTI Media uses attorneys or agents specializing in federal and municipal permitting. Their knowledge of the nuances of digital displays is critical for a timely and successful permit application process.

Our network of attorneys and agents act on behalf of the SkyNet™ buyer under the guidance of ADTI Media. We train these attorneys and agents on the specific capabilities of SkyNet™ and the similarities and differences to traditional fixed frame LED displays. Each permit application is unique and tailored to the needs of the buyer and those who will operate their displays.
Product Optimization
Our SkyNet™ designs are highly flexible to suit the widest variety of applications. Typical SkyNet™ displays are assembled and configured from modular "building-blocks." Each display application has unique requirements requiring certain capabilities not integral to our standard product design. Therefore, we offer product optimization services that can specifically tailor our displays for your custom applications. So whether you wish to have your SkyNet™ displays retract on large rollers or wrap around a columns, ADTI Media's application engineers are up to the challenge!
Structural Engineering
SkyNet's™ physical architecture is quite different than traditional fixed-frame LED displays. Our thin, flexible design is only a fraction the weight of similarly sized fixed-frame LED displays. Our display panels distribute their weight along the entire top edge of the display. Each panel is attached to a building or structure with a top crossbar and can free hang up to 24 meters. The panel's bottom crossbar is also attached and provides stability for the display. SkyNet's™ power supply systems are housed in small refrigerator sized enclosures that may be roof, wall or pad-mounted depending on specific site requirements.

We utilize licensed structural engineers who assess prospective structures where SkyNet™ displays may be installed. The structural engineers determine the necessary mounting requirements for each SkyNet™ panel. They define attachment points, cable routing and installation locations for SkyNet™ Power Supplies. They then certify and document these requirements to fulfill the requirements for government permitting.

Maintenance Services
Monitoring
Our sophisticated monitoring system allows you to remotely monitor the operating condition, or "health," of your SkyNet™ displays. Module operation temperature, power consumption, and potential or real failures are monitored in real time and alert notifications are sent out in the event of any abnormal conditions.

Our centralized network operating center allows real time access to each deployed SkyNet™ display. We provide you with Monitoring reports on a monthly basis. These reports include failures, corrective action taken, and operating statistics such as temperature, power consumption and hours in operation. In the unlikely event of a failure, we will notify the appropriate parties so corrective actions are taken.

Combined with ADTI Media's Dispatch and Content Management services, Monitoring provides you a powerful tool set for measuring operating costs and targeted proof of play to support your advertising campaigns.
Dispatch Services
Problems are typically solved before they visibly occur on SkyNet™ displays. ADTI Media's network of factory-trained and certified technicians can respond at a moment's notice if a failure is detected. However, when Monitoring detects a "potential failure" a scheduled field dispatch is initiated to remedy problems prior to an actual failure. This saves you costly emergency truck rolls.

Once corrective actions are taken, we verify a return to proper operating conditions, document the repair and deliver it in your monthly monitoring report. Our Monitoring and Dispatch Services offer you a comprehensive suite of monitoring and repair services to maximize your ROI.
Preventative Maintenance
Preventative Maintenance is an important component of any industrial system in constant operation. SkyNet™ displays are typically in operation between 18 and 24 hours per day. Routine preventative maintenance is critical to ensure minimal downtime and promote the longevity of SkyNet™ displays.

ADTI Media's Preventative Maintenance Service includes proactive service visits twice a year, and any dispatched service visits that may be necessary. When combined with Monitoring and Dispatch Services, our Preventative Services provide a worry-free solution for ongoing support of SkyNet™ displays.

Our proactive service calls inspect our displays for contaminants, corrosion or physical damage. Also, our Power Hubs are inspected for physical damage or tampering and any required repairs are made and documented.

Our Preventative Maintenance Service includes typical service related costs, including site visits, travel time, crane rental and setup.
Cleaning Services
All outdoor display systems collect certain contaminates such as pollution, dust, exhaust, bird droppings and other debris. As contaminants collect the intensity of the display may decrease and video contrast ratios may decline.

Our Cleaning Services are provided by our network of trained technicians who safely clean SkyNet™ displays using a pressure washing formulation. Our Cleaning Service can be included in your annual Maintenance Services or can be billed on a per visit basis.
Parts Kit
Display downtime costs you money. To minimize downtime we offer an onsite Parts Kit as an option. Our Parts Kit includes common system components, modules, power rectifiers and patch kits.

Our Part Kits can be easily purchased with your SkyNet™ displays. During Preventative Maintenance service visits, the Kit is inventoried, replacement parts, ordered and then shipped to the site to replenish your Parts Kit.
Calibration Services
SkyNet™ displays are factory-calibrated to SMPTE D6500°. This is the worldwide standard for color reproduction on a display. As LEDs age, slight color and intensity variations may occur. SkyNet™ displays automatically compensate for average variations. However, if your application requires high precision you may want to consider manual Calibration Services.

Our factory-trained technicians use specially calibrated equipment enabling precise adjustment of each module to achieve uniformity. We recommend annual Calibration Service for high precision display applications.

Content Services
Self-Serve Content Administration Service
Our content management platforms are an integral part of SkyNet™ displays. This platform includes content layout, optimization, scheduling and reporting in a SaaS (Software as a Service) model using high-availability secure servers. Your content and play-list schedules are downloaded to SkyNet™ daily. Our managed approach enables sophisticated multisite deployments of SkyNet™ displays where content schedules must be synchronized.

Our Self-Serve Content Administration Service includes registration of your SkyNet™ display and 24x7 access to our content management platform. Factory training is provided for all system administrators and is included in our monthly service fee.
Managed Content Administration Service
Our Managed Content Administration Service builds upon the Self-Serve Content Administration Service for our customers who prefer to fully outsource content administration. Our service tests, optimizes and schedules your content and reports the proof-of-play results to you on a monthly basis.

This service enables our customer to rely on creative content produced by their agency and upon our expertise in content administration. Our Managed Content Administration Service minimizes the learning curve normally associated with the deployment of digital displays.
Creative Development Service
All digital displays require certain technical operations necessary for the optimization of content to ensure colors appear accurate and text appears crisp. Content optimization also ensures that videos maintain proper contrast during day and night operations.

Our knowledge of how SkyNet™ displays reproduce images enhances our ability to optimize your existing content or create new content from your raw concepts. Working with our network of agencies, advertisers and brand managers, we can take creative production from concept to final product with guaranteed results.

Our Creative Development Service is charged on a project basis to best address your requirements.
Agency Service
Selling advertising on new displays not confined to traditional 14x48 or 20x60 billboards, requires understanding of how a campaign may appear on SkyNet™ displays in unique venues.
